As New Zealand’s only nationwide premium pure-play digital media network, LUMO’s innovative visions and advanced technology mean advertising campaigns can be made available to any of their 40 nationwide billboards with a few clicks.

Latch built LUMO a custom campaign booking system to manage their digital billboard bookings, a massive step up from your standard excel spreadsheets. By collectively combining all billboard availability data in one easy to use place, business can be conducted faster and with greater reliability.

This project, nicknamed “Propsee”, required developing software to manage proposal creation, budget reporting and client CMS. More specifically, Propsee allows for: 

  • LUMO’s sales team to quickly and seamlessly create campaign proposals in a few simple steps. The software is rich with live data, allowing easy management of all 40 LUMO billboards.
  • Tracking of campaigns as they are proposed and booked against monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets. All this data is presented clearly on dashboards, making it easy for the team to utilise.
  • Agencies and advertisers historical and future campaign data is readily accessible.

Throughout development of this software the key focus remained accuracy and user experience. Linking small intricate data that LUMO requires means the system had to be of the best quality. The result for LUMO has meant less time is spent across management of client bookings and more time on other matters. 
Latch’s relationship does not end with this project. We continue to develop software for LUMO around various other needs they have, in order to make their day to day business easier.
