Our Website development process...
1. Free consultation to understand your project
The team at Latch is always happy to discuss your new project. We're a relaxed friendly bunch that can quickly understand your unique business challenges and desirable outcomes.
2. Our proposal, quote and contract
Once we understand your project, we'll provide an in-depth proposal and quote to complete your development. Typically this is an all-inclusive, fixed quote.
3. Research and discovery
The research and discovery process allows us to fully understand the current brand, the company, your values, and your positioning. This phase includes research of competitors, the industry, and target audiences.
4. Wireframes and Content
The wireframes and content are the most important part of this process. We will work closely with you to break down, bulk up and refine the content that'll drive the best results for your website.
5. Design and imagery
We then design the website that carries a premium look and feel and key brand elements in a clean visually led design. Incorporating key brand messaging and informative content that is clear and engaging, accompanied by a prominent call to action that drives leads.
6. Development and testing
Once you sign off the designs, we develop the website on your preferred platform. We ensure it's easy to navigate and showcases your brand effectively. We test everything across multiple devices and browsers because we know your audience is everywhere.
7. "GO LIVE" and customer training
We can host your website and link it up to your new or existing business domain. We undergo our final checks before we teach you how to update small blocks of text, images, and content.
8. Ongoing support and maintenance
We can provide ongoing support if you like. These can be month-to-month catch-ups, refinements, and ongoing development, or yearly website updates. It all depends on what you want.
